Why we built the studio
The gap was not only course production. It was ownership of the entire workflow.
In 2019, we started Maventra to help organisations connect learning with practical workforce capability.
We repeatedly saw the same operating problem: many growing organisations know employees need structured onboarding, compliance, process and role training, but no single internal team owns needs analysis, course production, LMS delivery, enrolment, reporting and maintenance.
MeVn.ai Studio was built to provide that operating capability through one accountable partner — while keeping policy decisions, subject-matter approval and workplace responsibility with the client.

Maven — an English term signifying expert.
Yantra — a Sanskrit word symbolising an engine; something that propels you forward and does the tough work.
