This Privacy Policy describes how Maventra Learning Solutions Private Limited ("Maventra", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit mevnai.com, use MeVn.ai Studio, contact us or otherwise interact with our services.

It should be read together with any order form, data-processing agreement or service-specific notice that applies to your engagement.

Plain-language summary

We collect the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed services, operate the site and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. You can contact us to ask what we hold, correct it or exercise rights available in your jurisdiction. This summary does not replace the full policy below.

Managed learner operations Where a client selects LMS administration, learner enrolment, reporting or training record services, the applicable order form and data-processing agreement will define the parties’ roles, approved learner data fields, system access, reporting recipients, retention period, international transfers, security controls, export and deletion requirements.

0. Learner and Course-Administration Data

For managed learner operations, we may process learner name, work email, employee ID, organisational group, course assignments, enrolment and completion dates, assessment responses and scores, certificates or acknowledgements, support communications and LMS activity logs.

We process this information on the client’s documented instructions to publish and assign training, provide learner support, report completion and assessment outcomes, maintain agreed training records, manage course versions and export or return data at the end of the service.

Access, retention, deletion and international transfer arrangements depend on the selected LMS, service scope and applicable law. We do not retain learner records permanently unless an agreed lawful retention requirement applies.
