Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Answers on scope, AI use and quality control, LMS compatibility, languages, timelines, maintenance and pricing.
Are you replacing our entire training department?
MeVn.ai can operate your digital training lifecycle — from needs analysis and planning through course production, LMS administration, enrolment, reporting and maintenance. Your organisation retains responsibility for policy approval, subject-matter accuracy, workplace supervision and any practical competency or regulatory sign-off.
Can we start with one course before choosing a subscription?
Yes. The Course Pilot is a fixed-price one-time engagement with no obligation to continue.
Can you use our existing LMS?
Yes. We can deliver SCORM packages for your team to upload or manage publishing, assignment and reporting where the selected plan includes LMS operations and the necessary system access is provided.
What if we do not have an LMS?
We can scope a MeVn.ai-hosted delivery option based on learner volume, reporting needs, authentication and record retention requirements.
Who approves course content?
The client appoints an authorised subject-matter or policy reviewer. MeVn.ai manages production and quality control but does not independently change the client's policies or operating requirements.
Is the course completely generated by AI?
No. AI supports parts of research, structuring, writing, media creation, translation and assessment development. Every deliverable follows an agreed human review, quality assurance and client approval workflow before release.
How do you control factual errors or AI hallucinations?
Production is grounded in approved client material and agreed authoritative references. Drafts are reviewed against those sources, technical questions are escalated to the authorised subject-matter reviewer, and content is not released until the agreed approval process is complete.
Who is responsible for technical accuracy?
MeVn.ai is responsible for following the agreed production and quality process. The client appoints an authorised subject-matter or policy reviewer for organisation-specific, regulatory or technically specialised content unless independent SME review is separately included.
What languages do you support?
Course narration, on-screen text and assessments can be produced in 140+ languages, with translated content reviewed as part of the standard production and QA workflow.
How long does a typical course take to produce?
A single fixed-price Course Pilot module is delivered in 10 business days after the brief and source material are confirmed. Ongoing plans define a recurring monthly production capacity instead of a per-course timeline.
What happens if we need to update a course later?
Course maintenance — updating policies, SOPs, product information, branding, links, assessments and language versions — is included as a planned allowance on managed plans, or can be scoped as a standalone request.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. The Course Pilot is a low-risk, fixed-price way to evaluate the production and delivery model on one real requirement before committing to an ongoing plan.
